  I often use third-party websites to order delivery because it's convenient and simple. However, the only time I have run into an issue is with China Song.
  I received my confirmation email and waited 2 hours on the food. It wasn't too bad considering I was doing homework and relaxing at home.
  However, I eventually called the restaurant first. After the person on the phone kept trying to get me to reorder, I decided to see if my order properly transfer. Mind you, I had received a confirmation email.
  I called the third party site "Beyond the Menu" and they told me that they sent the order two hours ago and that I should ask the restaurant if they have my order.
  So I after going back and forth with the restaurant and the ordering site I call the restaurant for a second time. and, what do you guess? The restaurant found my order! It seems convenient, and I felt like I was almost scammed, particularly after being pressured to order again.
  However, their food was amazing! It's definitely just a Chinese American delivery place, and it's nothing like what you would get on the coasts nor does it claim to be authentic. However, what they do, they do well. Their combo dinners are huge and come with soup, a crab Rangoon, rice and your entree.
  I ordered the sesame chicken, which I have had a bad experience with at other delivery places. One time the sesame chicken was a dry clump of chicken and baking soda lumped batter. Awful.
  This is not the case for for China Song. So yeah, they may take longer, but the food arrives fresh, crisp and flavorful.
  I since ordered from here at least three times, but haven't run into any issues again. Which is nice because I really enjoy the value of China Song. Had I not have had such a bad first experience this would be perhaps a four star.
  It's just greasy American Chinese junk food done well. Take it for what it is, or order else where.

  So I've been slowly working my way through the Chinese restaurants that I can get delivery from near my jobsite.  China Song was next on the list.   Sadly, they're marked off my list permanently.  The fried rice?  What is fried about it?  No veggies in it, no egg.  Looks like white rice cooked in chicken broth.  Very bland.
  
  Ordered the SMALL beef and broccoli with extra sauce.  Sauce was like soup--watery.  Pooled in the bottom of the container, but seriously was like beef broth.  I found small lumps of indiscernible substance in the "sauce".  I think it's flour or cornstarch?  Was poorly flavored.  I really couldn't "make out" a flavor if I'm being honest.  The only upside to this meal?  The beef wasn't dried out.  
  
  Lastly--crab Rangoon.   I LOVE this stuff, but not from here.   These tasted as if the cream cheese had gone sour, there was hardly any filling, and I couldn't get through even the first one.  
  
  Just not impressed.  When you add the taxes, fees, and delivery costs on top.  This meal was not worth the $23 something I paid for it at all.

  I never had a bad service like this from any fast food delivery and two today from China Song I order my food at 11:02 AM the guy on the phone told me it would take 15 minutes because I'm only eight minutes away from them because I have a little children with me I decided to have it delivered to me is still is not here and it is 11:49 AM I called The guy and told him my food is not here when you told me it would take 15 minutes I don't think I should have to pay the full price for him being that late trying to get together with friends because their food is late for delivery my friend had to go back to work! So it better be good I recommend anyone that wants to try this please do not order delivery you might not get your food!!!!!.........

  Food was late. Order was incorrect. The driver didn't even have change so I was forced to tip him $10.
  
  Called the place. No help. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. Please!

  I gave this place another chance, when I ordered and did not get the rice for my order, I am finished with them this time. The Rice Bowl on Saddle Creek is faster, with better food and I always receive a complete order!
